I offer individual therapy sessions that are 50-minutes in duration at a rate of $175.00. 

I offer couples therapy sessions that are 50-minutes in duration at a rate of $175.00.

Couples therapy is designed to help partners improve communication, deepen their connection, and navigate relationship challenges. In therapy, couples can explore issues such as conflict resolution, emotional support, trust, intimacy, betrayal, parenting, and extended family difficulties, and work together towards mutual understanding and growth. 

I offer family therapy sessions that are 50-minutes in duration at a rate of $175.00.

PLEASE NOTE – caregiver consent is required when working with a child. Collaboration/participation will look different for each child and will be discussed at the onset of services. 

I offer direct billing for some insurance plans (Blue Cross, Veterans Affairs Canada, and the Victim Quick Response Program), and for others, I can provide you with a receipt for reimbursement. Sliding scale rates are available. The cost of sessions depends on the services provided. Contact me for inquiries.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard, or e-transferred to buchan.psychotherapy@gmail.com. 

I offer in-person and online e-therapy sessions to reach you where it is convenient.
